About the Foyer Gallery

This inviting gallery showcases original works
of art created by a juried group of emerging
and well-established visual artists from the
region. Foyer Gallery artists, many of whom
have received local, national and international recognition,specialize in a variety of media,
from oils, watercolours, acrylics, fibre art,
and photography to sculptural works in wood,
metal, clay, marble and glass.

At the Foyer Gallery, the art is unique and professional, yet still affordable. Visitors
also appreciate that this friendly gallery is
always staffed by a knowledgeable artist.

The Foyer Gallery is an artist-run exhibition
space, operating under the auspices of
the Foyer Gallery Artists’ Association and
the City of Ottawa. Established in 1997,
the Foyer Gallery increases the awareness, appreciation and promotion of the visual
arts in the community. It provides a valuable
and rewarding experience for both artists,
art patrons and for the general public.
