Foyer Gallery artist Paul Vincent was awarded a commission by CP Rail for a pastel painting which was recently completed. The title, CP 8813, references the locomotive number. The painting was done on 300 lb cold press paper and measures 24″ X 18″. Congratulations, Paul, well done!
