Return Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase of original artwork and we pride ourselves in offering you a no-fuss return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you on a resolution, exchange or refund your order. In the case of a return, we ask you to notify Foyer Gallery within 48 hours of receipt of the artwork. This can be done with the contact form or by email at info@foyergallery.com to inform us of your intended return and make arrangements. Foyer Gallery will process the refund with PayPal. You may return artwork provided:
- The artwork is returned in the same condition as received and within 48 hours of the pickup.
- The artwork is not identified as one that is final sale after inspection, pick-up. The few exceptions are clearly identified above their individual Paypal Buy buttons.
Payment
Foyer Gallery uses PayPal for online payments. PayPal allows us to safely process your credit card payments (or the use of your Paypal account) and completes the financial transactions. You should receive a confirmation email from PayPal. You should also receive an order confirmation from Foyer Gallery when the order is received.
Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars 🇨🇦.
Shipping
Currently Foyer Gallery does not offer shipping of artwork directly. The only option at this time is Local Pickup at no charge. (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). Formal options for shipping will be developed by our team after initial launch of the online shop. We recommend you come back and review this in the near future as we add this functionality.
Local Pickup at no charge
IF unsure, please contact Foyer Gallery or the Artist prior to purchase. We will be pleased to advise you so that you may purchase with confidence. Once your purchase is confirmed through our website, the artist will be advised and provided with your contact information. You will deal directly with the artist to arrange for a mutually convenient location, date and time for delivery/pickup. Social distancing is considered. One option would be curb-side pick-up at the Nepean Sportsplex at Entrance 1, located at 1701 Woodroffe Ave in Ottawa.
You are receiving original artwork directly from our professional artists who are dedicated to providing something that you will be pleased to display. There is plenty of opportunity for the you to inspect the artwork at the time of pickup.
Special arrangements
In the event you really like a particular piece, but you are not in the local area or able to do a pickup, we recommend that you reach out to us via the contact page prior to any purchase online. Your agreement on additional services may be required prior to the final sale. We will gladly answer your questions and link you directly with the artist in question.
