Congratulations to Foyer Gallery artist Maurice Dionne who has received a Jury’s Choice Award for his watercolour “Elgin View” at the Ottawa Watercolour Society’s Juried Show 81 held at the Galerie Old Chelsea! The show’s vernissage will be held on Sunday, January 12th, 1-4 pm.
